BLUE CLONE and HOBBY STOCK OHV ENGINE RULES

   The only engine allowed in this class is the 6.5hp,
*  Stock Motor: 
Harbor Freight 96500 or 66000 Series Blue Clone/ Grey Hound/ Lifan Engines.

*  Billet Flywheel recommended , not required. ARC part #’s 6618/6619.

*  May only remove the governor, Oil sensor ,and have engine cover RED Kill Switch working.

Ages 13 and Up.

KIDS CLASS: may remove the Governor, must use restrictor plate.

*  No Gear rule.

*  Open Tire Rule.

*  Chassis and Body must pass all IKF or WKA rule and regulations.

RLV Resonator muffler Part No: RLVB91XL,or  Clone Stock Muffler maybe used.

   Any single stage, Part No: RLV5438C one piece header made from steel tubing allowed with RLV

   Resonator installed at the end of pipe. The tube style muffler may be welded to the pipe end.

Candy Cane OPEN PIPE style pipes may be used.  (FLARE END TUBES NOT ALLOWED).

   Discharge end of pipe has to have 2 inch min. washer or larger welded on the end to prevent cuts

    or punching holes in objects the pipe end may come in contact with (namely human beings.)

*  Safety wire Exhaust and Carburetor manifold bolts .

*  All internal and external engine parts must remain stock as from factory.

 * No Honda or aftermarket/ competitor parts allowed.

*  No advanced/altered timing.

*  Factory stock air filter or after market filter with adapter allowed (Max. Length of 1.375)

*  Any drum/shoe tooth clutch allowed , with Chain and Sprocket Guard , No disk clutches allowed!!

*  Pump Gas only, 87- 93 octane, no racing fuel, no additives, or E-85 gas.

*  Extra Kill Switch ok

*  Alternative throttle kit allowed.

* # 35 chain only, No #219 chain allowed.  

* Tachometers, Head Temp Sensor or Exhaust Temp Sensor allowed.

* Fuel Tank: Factory stock fuel tank can be used , or Floor pan mounted fuel tank can be used.

* After market Pulse Type fuel pump of any kind is allowed. 

* Fuel pump must be pulsed from either the crank case or the valve cover.

* You may install a flat metal plate in the original tank location for the purpose of mounting the throttle linkage.

* Main fuel jet may be drilled to a no-go of .030 inch.
